【臨時開催】学術情報メディアセンターセミナー「Internet Cartography」

京都大学学術情報メディアセンターでは、各分野でご活躍の講師を招き、それぞれの研究開発活動の内容や現在抱えている課題についてご紹介いただき、参加者を含めて広く議論を行う機会として、月例セミナーを開催しています。

12月13日の臨時学術情報メディアセンターセミナーでは、Sorbonne University の Olivier Fourmaux 博士に講演いただきます。学内外を問わず多数の方のご参加をお待ちしています。

プログラム	◆13時30分～14時30分　【会場にて講演】【使用言語：英語、同時通訳なし】講演者：Dr. Olivier Fourmaux（Sorbonne University）講演題目：Internet Cartography 講演概要： The purpose of Internet cartography is to provide information on the Internet infrastructure in order to allow the study of its properties and their evolution. In this presentation we will describe the tools used and the latest results obtained by our research group Dioptra (https://dioptra.io/). 【講演者紹介】 Dr. Olivier Fourmaux is Professor at Sorbonne University. He is the director of the computer science master's department. This department has more than 800 graduate students and one of whose priorities is international development. Dr. Fourmaux does his research in the LIP6 laboratory (SU-CNRS) on the themes of video distribution, Internet cartography and network testbed for research. He is co-director of the Dioptra group (https://dioptra.io/) and of the international EdgeNet testbed (https://edge-net.org/).
